SECURITY NOTICE

To all residents and Flat Owners

ONE WARRINGTON GARDENS

On Friday May 11th, 2018 at 11:10 am we had a burglary in the caretaker's flat, that was caught underway by our living caretaker through our CCTV cameras. The police were contacted immediately and have already visited the building to take forensic evidence and document the incident.

Please be reminded that:

When porters are off duty, at the weekend or during the evenings, it is imperative that the door stays closed at all times and must not be propped open

Any deliveries during off-duty hours cannot be received or signed for except for the recipient.

It is imperative that all strangers, including delivery men, are not admitted to the building and that you do not open the main door of the building to strangers via your entryphone.

If you live on the ground or basement, please ensure your doors and windows are locked in case you are not at home.

For the safety of all, your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

We are monitoring closely our CCTV system and will notify you if needed.
