Hello All,

I can confirm that WB19 have a Proxy Form.

I will prepare the Notification of Board Appointments onto Letterhead and ask WB19 to send it to the leaseholders, along with the Proxy Form and the notification to leaseholders to submit their questions ahead of 12 November.

Kind Regards,

Delia.

We are sure that many will have similar concerns and it might be a good idea to collate them and address responses accordingly.
