FYI

1.	He surely should have returned it signed by now!  Why didn't he?  Because he didn't receive it!
2.	They do phone Crispin - but the calls are not acknowledged.  Anna & I deal with most of the porters' problems.
3.	As requested, I am sharing Crispin's email with you.  
4.	I think much of our communication works quite well - we each have our sphere and keep the others posted.  Admittedly much more than is really necessary - but that is because we can't rely on them to follow everything through.
5.  	if we do contact them individually, it is for a jolly good reason and we are entitled to acknowledgement

You don't have to reply to my comments, unless you want to.  I propose to ignore his.  He works for us, not we for him!
I started my OWG shift at 6 this morning and now propose to go back and finish my breakfast.  Not kidding

Until Anna's email I had no idea there was anything to explain since Eddie did not tell me he didn't receive his payslip or contract - I am not telepathic!  

Again the reporting structure is not working efficiently.  Eddie and Aziz should report these things to ME.  That is why they were given a phone.  

Forgive if my tone is short but you are all very quick to lay blame at my door for royal mail not working or whatever else has gone wrong without first giving thought to whether the process was correctly followed in the first place. 

OWG needs to be run by a board of directors and headed by a chair who issues instructions for us to follow - otherwise the chaos perpetuates and whilst the directors rarely confer on matters and reach consensus the buck always stops with WBM for not doing our job properly.  Wholly unfair.  

I would be grateful if you would share this email and the chain which led to this point with the other directors who have not been involved as a perfect example of very poor communications at OWG & so they can see what we deal with usually on more than one occasion each day.
