To All Residents of One Warrington Gardens
Please note that John Shervill will provide an Out-of-Hours Emergency Service to One Warrington Gardens as from now and until further notice.
This service will cover any serious problem that occurs outside of Porter hours, for which there is no other obvious Emergency Service (Fire, Police, Ambulance) to contact. It will include leaks, internal power cuts, lift malfunctions, gate malfunctions, etc.
If you become aware of a serious problem within the building outside of Porter hours, please call John Shervill on 07956 149641 and state your name and Flat Number. John will give you advice/instruction if it is something that you (and possibly others) can address or he will get in touch with an appropriate contractor to attend to the problem or, if necessary, he will attend the building to address the problem himself.

If John has to attend the building and the problem relates to a communal area of the building John will charge us and the Management Agency will pay him.

However, if he has to attend the building to deal with a problem that relates to a particular flat, John will charge the owner/resident of that flat at the rate of £45 for the first hour or part thereof and £40 for each additional hour or part thereof.
