He already tried by phone and no reply, though he thinks he is there.  I asked if he would be kind enough to let Adrian know that he could collect them from the front porch.  I don’t feel Aziz is Adrian’s porter in these circumstances.  Is there a correct way of phrasing a note to this effect, that we are not taking his parcels in, when he has a separate front door.  I am happy to deliver one, unless it should come from WB19.

And also, please clarify, Nkolika, the situation with gas and electricity while he is sitting there!

Only our lawyers should interact with him or his representatives.
Set aside the waste of time, there is no point and could also be potentially damaging for the board and the leaseholders get involved personally. Also, please, lets not ask our porters to get involved in this.
