fobs and garage remotes and Adrian

I did not realise the details of your initial email Yvonne. The matter is less serious than I initially interpreted. It set that for the moment there is not specific security issue.

Yes, he is certainly a free citizen, and if he is granted access by an owner we have no control over that - unless if at some point we witness something that should cause us any concern. However, he should not take liberties and he certainly has no reason to access the garage or garden.

For the time being he is welcome to come on the same grounds as any other contractor, cleaner, etc, and he must respect those privileges. If not then we will deal with that situation as needs be.

I have now heard that he has been paid in accordance with the settlement agreement therefore any contact from either party’s solicitors is now irrelevant and we have no leverage anyway.

Know I know the full picture I think no action need to be taken other than to monitor the situation and to advise Eddy and Aziz or Adrian’s access privileges and the need for him to log in and out.

Peter.

We can assess which owner has given him the fob and if there is any problem, report it to the owner. This does not only apply to Adrian but also to have a security check on who is going in and out of the building on behalf of whom.

Do you feel that this matter be referred to Nkolika so that she can contact his Solicitors to warn him that although he is employed by one owner, it does not entitle him to have access to common parts, that he must sign in and out, and that he must have surrendered all copied of fobs, keys, and remotes. If he has discovered any that he did not know he had he should surrender them now.

Shouldn’t be difficult.
