Dear All,

I bumped into Glenn and Anna yesterday and naturally we started talking about OWG matters.

Glenn expressed his concern with postponing the EGM too far down the line.

Glenn, Anna and I feel that it is best to hold the EGM before the end of the year and ideally not too close to Christmas as leaseholders and residents are likely to be away.

Glenn, Anna and I discussed our availability and we are proposing Monday 19 November as the revised date for the EGM.

Please let me know if this suits everyone and I will inform Oliver accordingly and check if either Oliver or Crispin would also be available on this date.
