Dear All,

Good news! I have reviewed the refurbishment report with fresh eyes this morning, and have managed to cut it down considerably.

More good news… Peter has also been able to draft a report for Maintenance and Utilities.

Please see attached.

Please send any comments with suggested amendments or, indeed, your approval by the end of today.

If I do not hear back from you, I will assume you are happy with this latest version and I will email it onto to Oliver to distribute to Leaseholders along with the Accounts and EGM Agenda.

(Please Note: The report I will send Oliver will be as a PDF file and on Letterhead. I have attached a Word Document for ease of editing on your part).
