Hello Glenn,

As far as I am aware, porter hours have not yet been extended past 18.00. I am unaware that extending the hours to 19.00 was officially approved by the board, and consequently, I doubt Yvonne has informed WB19 to revert this to the porters. Yvonne, if you could please confirm this?

As of today, Oliver will be distributing all files I attached to my earlier email to leaseholders only. It will be up to the individual leaseholders to pass on any of the information to the tenants. I suspect the majority wouldn’t be comfortable with the tenants having access to to information of the accounts.

What I meant to say was, shall we also ask Oliver to send a copy of the Progress Report (and ONLY the Progress Report) to tenants? As the Report also contains some financial figures, I am questioning whether we need to send an amended version of said report, whereby we omit any figures. 

I hope I have made myself clear. I await thoughts of other board members.
