Hi Team,
It will be a hassle, of course, if Adrian does not vacate Flat 39 by the end
of today.
However, I would suggest that we just stay calm and follow the appropriate
procedure which, of course, is to refer the problem to our lawyers Rradar.
I presume that they will start an eviction process.
I understand from Anna that Adrian's girlfriend approached her and claimed
that suitable references were not provided so that Adrian could secure
alternative work and accommodation. If Adrian (or his girlfriend) have
objections regarding anything that has not been done regarding his
Settlement Agreement I think we can only ask him to put it in writing,
perhaps through his lawyer as that should ensure that unreasonable
objections will be filtered out. And we can either address the complaint if
valid or just pass it to our lawyers.
I have looked through the Settlement Agreement and it says that "the
Company" will provide references within a narrow framework defined by an
addendum so it should be clear what he can expect. I presume "the Company"
is WB19.
Cheers,
Glenn.
