Hi Antonella,

If it was my apartment I would not have a problem but I respect everyone’s opinion about whether they want interviewees in their apartment. 

 

The advantage is that it’s a friendlier and more private environment than a pub. I think pubs and restaurants can also work well provided we can find a quiet, private table.

About interviews' location, I suppose that Delia knows well Steven and we can meet him wherever she prefers (her apartment, ours, pub, etc).

 

To regards the other candidates, I am always reluctant to host in our apartment people that we don`t know. Furthermore, due to the nature of the meeting, I think a neutral setting (eg pub) is more appropriate.

Tuesday      2nd April: 10.30:   Steven Branch,   Delia and Antonella 

Wednesday 3rd April: 12.00:    Felix Adowah,    Antonella and Peter

                                 13.30 :   Asad Sinha,        Antonella and Glenn

 

Thursday    4th April: 10.30:    Gary Larkin,       Glenn and Peter

                                 12.00:    Shay Hoque,       Glenn and Peter

Tuesday      9th April: 15.45:   Jemerson Trinidad, Delia and Antonella

  

Peter is less available after this week and Delia is currently under a lot of pressure, so I am suggesting that Peter does more interviews and Delia fewer. In principle, for those candidates put forward to the next stage, we will schedule those who haven’t yet met them to conduct the second interview.
