Hi Antonella,

It’s no problem as I will be in London today anyway and will be leaving my car at OWG, so I will be there.

I would like to do the second interview at 13.30.

Glenn, since today Delia and I are around all morning and already interviewing the first candidate, why we don`t interview the second one as well? No need for you to rush from Oxford just for the interview. We can meet you afterward and update you.

Your hands seem already pretty full tomorrow with 3 interviews and the board meeting…!

Hello All,

Peter only guy back yesterday afternoon after a busy week away for work. He therefore now has a few days only to work on a few urgent matters for OWGM before he is away again for work.

On my side of things, although I still have OWGM matters to tend to, they are not as urgent.

Therefore I propose that I cover the meetings that Peter was scheduled in for today and tomorrow, as Peter needs all the time he can get to work on pressing matters.

Hi Antonella,

If it was my apartment I would not have a problem but I respect everyone’s opinion about whether they want interviewees in their apartment. 

The advantage is that it’s a friendlier and more private environment than a pub. I think pubs and restaurants can also work well provided we can find a quiet, private table.

About interviews' location, I suppose that Delia knows well Steven and we can meet him wherever she prefers (her apartment, ours, pub, etc).

To regards the other candidates, I am always reluctant to host in our apartment people that we don`t know. Furthermore, due to the nature of the meeting, I think a neutral setting (eg pub) is more appropriate.

Thursday    4th April: 10.30:    Gary Larkin,       Glenn and Peter

                                 13.30:    Justin Mardi,      Glenn and Peter

Tuesday      9th April: 15.45:   Jemerson Trinidad, Delia and Antonella

Peter is less available after this week and Delia is currently under a lot of pressure, so I am suggesting that Peter does more interviews and Delia fewer. In principle, for those candidates put forward to the next stage, we will schedule those who haven’t yet met them to conduct the second interview.
