Dear Nanni,

Well this is the end of what has been a very successful committee partnership over the last twenty years!  I remember when we first met and how we all worked to purchase the freehold from the developers and all the very hard and constructive work we did in those early years.  Sadly in recent years, under the previous managing agents and also on account of ill health we may not have been so active.  However Antonella indeed breathed a new life into the committee when we first met in 2017 and I think all credit is due to how we worked to get the financials checked with Anna and huge savings made from the porter’s redundancy and not having to fund flat 39, how we set up new cleaning and gardening contractors and happy and more efficient porterage and transparency in all our dealings.

As you know, I resigned from the management at the end of last year, but continue to monitor the progress of the building on the freehold.

WB19 have stepped up to the plate and their staff are obliging and helpful.

I wish you happy days and a healthy retirement.

The Board notes your resignation and fully understands the reasons and background to this decision.

We would like to thank you for your considerable efforts over many years that have enabled and contributed to the effective running of the OWG block.
