Dear Residents,

In recent weeks we have received several reports of burglaries and muggings in the area. Thieves are using the fact that lots of parcels are being delivered this time of the year to gain access into buildings. They will often use entryphone systems and if answered will say they are delivering a parcel to another flat, and ask if you can buzz them in. The police have informed us that this is a common method for thieves to gain entry so PLEASE DON’T BUZZ IN PARCEL DELIVERIES UNLESS THEY ARE FOR YOU.

Windows and Doors – Please ensure that you always have your windows and doors locked when you are not at home or at night when you go to bed.

Cars – Avoid leaving things in your car that are visble and espcially don’t leave presents in your car that are visble.

Please take care to close the house door behind you and if you see any any suspicious behaviour call 101 and report it to the police.

Please do not let anyone in to the house unless you know who they are.

Our team may be late in to the office on Thursday while we vote in UK General Election.  All issues will be dealt with as soon as possible.
