OWG break in last night - action needed

Good morning Glenn,

Further to your email I wanted to advise you that Patrick has just returned from One Warrington Gardens.

He was unable to access the CCTV as the porter couldn’t remember the code but I am advised that Vince is attending site around 11.00am and he has been asked to make a copy of the CCTV.  Just a thought but if you could email us the code for the CCTV I will be happy to put it on file so we have a record of it if required in future.

Patrick also reports that the door is functioning and is as was prior to the incident but has noted there is a tiny chip located towards the bottom of the door.

Hopefully the CCTV will help to identify the intruders and aid the police in apprehending them.

Hi Crispin,
Someone needs to take charge of this. Will you be assigning someone to check the CCTV and for damage and then get back to the police and insurance company if necessary?

This is just to report that  I called the police at around 3:30 am because there was break in through the lobby door.

Since  the two men were gone by the time the police got here, they told me to wait for the morning and let the responsible for the security and management of the building know so they could check for further damages and repairs needed, as well as any Cctv footage and report back to the police.
