I just thought that we need to make sure that it is clear and written in the contract with D Clark and with Paul and Harry that we will do the work in 3 phases, phase is ok to go ahead but other phases start dates will have to be agreed based on cash availability.

Dear All,

Please find attached a spreadsheet illustrating the cost breakdown for the interior refurbishment were we to use the most economically priced contractor, D.Clark.

As you will see the total cost has decreased even further to £101,057.40

The further decrease in price is thanks to Peter and I releasing that there was a discrepancy between the measurements we had taken and the surveyor’s measurements; We double-checked and took measurements again and the quote is now based on the correct and lesser square meterage than what the surveyors had previously based their calculations on.
