OWG - Board Meeting Minutes 27_02_19

Dear All,

Please find attached the minutes for the board meeting held last Wednesday.

I have attached 3 versions (the content is the same in all 3 files):

a Word document for ease of editing
a PDF file for those of you who wish to review it but not make any edits (this version will be aesthetically true to the original document and easier to read)
an ODT version for those of you who have macs and would like to be able to edit

If you could please get back to me with any comments or editing requests before I submit the final document for our records and to WBM.

NB. Glenn & Antonella, on the last page of the document under item number 12, I have highlighted the provisional interview date. At the meeting Glenn asked if I could be present for the interview. Although, I have no problem being present, would it not make sense for Antonella to be present given that it will be the two of you recruiting and interviewing the other candidates? I think it is imperative that the two of you are present for the interviews with all the candidates as this will enable you to make your own judgement and comparisons. If you would like me to also attend I am happy to do so, but I think you should both be present at all interviews. Therefore I think that next to the interview with Steven I should add Antonella’s initials also.
