Thank you for forwarding this to me, though my input is no longer official I would comment the following – which is much the same as I have said all along
1. Survey to take into consideration the opinion of the Leaseholders – correct and good idea. If the management board don’t take it up, I would suggest that I can put this forward in my capacity on the Freehold and it could come from us, if the others agree
Eddie’s time here may be limited – has anyone thought of asking if he might have a connection that could take on a similar role?
2. Do we need to pay for opinion again– Nkolika told us how to proceed last summer
3. Yes – need look at figures. If they stack up, I feel better than personnel till 4.30 our current job split works and should extend in the evening an hour. Also the security issue comes in. Many household deliveries occur in the late afternoon. One porter, clocking off at 4.30 is not sufficient coverage
4. Agreed – too vague and practices have already been instituted and are quite well adhered to.
Maintenance – also agreed
As said many times when on the board – this is what we have managing agents for – they have improved their performance and there is still room for improvement – I don’t think we would save anything by diminishing their role
Regards.
Yvonne
