Hi Antonella,

On 4th April, we have a Board meeting at 2pm. 

I will be in London on 3rd April, going to Spurs for the first game at the new stadium. So I can be available from around 10.30 till 4.30pm.

On the 4th I can be available from 8.30am until the start of our meeting (which we could start later) if I stay overnight at a hotel. Otherwise, I can be available from 10.30am.

 

To All of you: Do we have a policy with regard to paying hotel bills (or part thereof to a limit) if a board member stays overnight on OWG business? And what availability do Delia and Peter have for interviews on the 3rd and 4th?

Can we access a 2nd flat in order to conduct two interviews simultaneously?

Probably it can be worth to meet as many candidates as it makes sense from their CVs. It helps in getting a better idea of what the market offers. As I mentioned last night, Wednesday 3rd I can all day, preferably after 11:00 am. Thursday after 3:30 pm. I don`t mind which interview format. First interview together, first interview with me or you and after we update each other and take it from there…whatever works.

See attached an Excel spreadsheet where I listed the candidates that answered today and some of their info. It is just the first frame to fill. Feel free to amend headlines, complete where/when necessary. E.g. please, add Steven info.

This should help to get a quick picture of the potential interesting candidates and select the ones we want to meet. In a second moment, we can add more headlines with more relevant info, our considerations, etc.

 

About being around on the 3rd and 4th April: no problem on the 4th (it was already in my agenda). I will let you know ASAP about the 3rd.
