Hi Delia,

I hope to have a draft of the update to the minutes this week, so please add
an agenda point to discuss it.

I would change the last point to read "Effective communications between the
Board and Owners/Residents". As a sub point, I would suggest we discuss a
Progress Report along the lines Peter suggested and include something about
future communications in it. I'll be happy to draft this after the meeting
and let you all criticise!

As I recall Anna did offer to draw up a cash flow projection once she knows
all planned expenditure for this year. I'll email Anna to ask the status.
Hopefully we can discuss it under accounts/budget.
