One Warrington Gardens - Garage

Good afternoon everyone,
Following a recent inspection of the garage we would like to report that there were a few old rusty screws in a couple of random areas in the concrete flooring of the garage.  The parking bays that were empty were inspected and any screws that were visible removed.  Our contractor cannot explain why the screws were there and can only suggest that maybe there were signs or barriers previously located in these areas but neither he, Asad or WBM are familiar with any historical issues in the garage or with any signage etc being in these areas.
Asad will continue to inspect any empty parking bays during his daily inspections but it if you do notice anything it would be appreciated if you could report it directly to Asad or WBM.  In the meantime please be assured that the matter has been dealt with and if you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us.
