No problem with regards to access.  Chubb will be attending to check the lower floors at a later date and if many residents on the upper floors cannot accommodate this date they will of course re-schedule these.  I will keep you informed of any further dates.

Thank you for your email.

This is to flag that unfortunately 9-12 am on Friday 15 June is not convenient for Flat 35. Our understanding from speaking to Ms. Safieddine from Flat 34 on the same floor is that it is also not a convenient time for her. Therefore, as an alternative, may we suggest another day of the following week?

Chubb have been carrying out maintenance to the fire alarm system in the building and as part of their maintenance need to access flats within the building.  Their engineer is scheduled to attend on the morning of 19th June, from 9:00am – 12noon.  Please can you advise if you are able to provide access during these times or authorise the front desk team to provide access on your behalf?  I understand the engineer will only need access for a short period of time and will respect all social distancing rules and use appropriate PPE.

If you could confirm you are available it would be appreciated.
