I hope this email finds you are all safe and well.

Chubb have been carrying out maintenance to the fire alarm system in the building and as part of their maintenance need to access flats within the building. Their engineer is scheduled to attend on the morning of 19th June, from 9:00am - 12noon. Please can you advise if you are able to provide access during these times or authorise the front desk team to provide access on your behalf? I understand the engineer will only need access for a short period of time and will respect all social distancing rules and use appropriate PPE.

If you could confirm you are available it would be appreciated.
