Notice of General Meeting and S20 Response

I hope this finds you well.  Please find attached the Notice for the forthcoming General Meeting of One Warrington Gardens Management Company Limited, which will be held by Zoom.  Hard copies of these documents have been posted to you today.  If you would like to attend the meeting please reply to this email and we will send you the details.  The meeting can be accessed by phone if you do not have a computer or compatible video device.

Also attached is a copy of some comments that we have received in relation to the recent Section 20 Notice for the external works project, and our response.
