Good morning everyone,
I would like to remind you all that essential plumbing works are scheduled to take place on Tuesday 21st September.
During the works and from 10:00am, it is essential that NO facilities are used and that sinks, taps, baths, showers, washing machines, dishwashers, toilets, and any other units that require the use of water CANNOT BE USED whilst the works are being carried out.
Please be aware that Asad and the front desk will be informed when the facilities can be used again, and Westbourne will also send an email update upon completion of the works.
In addition, the team are aware of how difficult this is going to be for you all and will endeavour to expedite the works as quickly as possible and to minimise the disruption.
Thanking you all for your assistance with this matter.
NB - landlords and agents please can you ensure that this message is forwarded to you tenants and if any residents employ cleaners (or have contractors working on site) please can you ensure they too are informed.
