Dear Leaseholder,

Thank you very much for your patience and co-operation during the exterior refurbishment.

We are nearly at the end, with just a few more weeks to go. We should be grateful therefore if you would continue to co-operate with the workmen, opening and closing windows when required and at times that are mutually agreed between you. All refusals to open windows will mean that the job will not be 100% completed and may spoil the good work done to date.
