Good morning everyone,

I am sorry to advise that there was a break in into the garage on Monday morning. The incident has been reported to the Police and Asad is checking the CCTV for any supporting evidence to help identify the intruders and to ascertain how they were able to gain entry into the building.

Please can we remind everyone to be extra vigilant, particularly as there is scaffolding up and to ensure that
1. All doors are closed at all times, in reception and to the stairs etc
2. The garage doors are closed at all times (where the elevators are) and under no circumstances should they be wedged open
3. Delivery people must be met at reception when the front desk are off duty and reception not covered
4. The front door must remain closed at all times
