Good afternoon everyone,
I apologise but failed to amend the heading of my earlier email so am resending.
I would like to advise that Asad will not be in work for the remainder of the week. Aziz is endeavouring to be in work earlier today and will be on duty until 8:00pm, as normal with the cover as detailed below for the remainder of the week.

Tuesday 31st May - 8:00am - 5:00pm
Wednesday 1st June - 8:00am - 5:00pm
Thursday 2nd June - bank holiday no cover
Friday 3rd June - bank holiday no cover
Saturday 4th June - 07:30am - 12:30pm

Monday 6th June - 8 Friday 10th June (inclusive) 8:00am - 5:00pm and Saturday 11th June 07:30am - 12:00
It is expected that Asad will back on board on Monday 13th June and that the front cover will be back as normal.
In the meantime whilst on duty, Aziz can be contacted on 07752 106 984.

Subject: One Warrington Gardens - fire alarm weekly testing!
Good afternoon everyone,
We would like to advise that weekly testing of the buildings fire alarm will be carried out with effect from Wednesday 25th May.
The testing will take place every Wednesday at around 4:15pm (and only when both members of the front desk team are on duty) The tests will be brief and will cause minimal disruption.
Many thanks for your cooperation with this matter.
NB - to ensure all residents are aware, it would be appreciated if leaseholders and agents could share this email with tenants.
