Hi Everyone, 

Hope you’re having a nice weekend! 

Laura and I were hoping that you could please pass along the following questions to the OWG Board. We have to get back to the bank surveror ideally before Tuesday as they would like to come on premise mid week and they need the answers before they do.

1) What is the Service charge and ground rent Per Annum £
QUARTERLY SERVICE CHARGE = £1,776.90
THEREFORE YEARLY SERVICE CHARGE = 1,776.90 X 4 = 7101.60

GROUND RENT = £50 GROUND RENT PER 6 MONTHS
THEREFORE GROUND RENT PER ANNUM = £100

2) Is there a Sinking fund – if so current amount and annual payments into the fund

3) Are there any major works proposed or recently carried out, if so approximate cost?
