Good afternoon everyone,
Thank you for your patience today whilst the team were testing the sounders in each of the flats. The system is now active and would like to advise that tonight is the final shift for the waking watch operatives.
The porters shift will revert to the normal schedule with effect from tomorrow
* Rufus covering Monday - Friday AM
* Aziz covering Monday - Friday PM and Saturday AM
In the meantime please may we remind you that the building has an all out evacuation policy in place and if the fire alarms sounds please evacuate and call the fire brigade.

Good afternoon everyone,
I would like to thankyou all for your cooperation and for providing access this week to your flats. The response has been tremendous and what was a daunting task made somewhat easier by all your assistance. Thankyou!
The team have completed the installation and have a couple of additional sounders to install on Monday, along with some minor system tweaks, and is hoped that the system will be commissioned and fully active on Monday. We will of course send an update confirming this if this is the case.
In the meantime I would like to advise that every sounder in each of the flats will be tested at some point on Monday. They will be testing them remotely and will be in the lobby outside your flats and will not require access to your flats. Please be aware that the sounders could be loud but is an essential part of the systems set up and cannot be commissioned unless this test is carried out.
Rufus will be on site and will have up to date intel on site and if you have any concerns please contact him on 07752 106 984, or feel free to speak with either of us in reception.
Please can any landlords or agents ensure that this message is shared with tenants (or any visitors/guests)

Good afternoon everyone,
I am pleased to advise that the team the Wireless Fire Alarm Company will be on site from Monday 18th November - Friday 22nd November, installing the infrastructure and common parts elements of the L5 fire alarm system.
They will then require access to all flats to install the detectors and sounders from Monday 25th November - Friday 29th November.
Please see below images of the heat detector and wall mounted sounder that need to be installed in all the flats to support the required L5 fire alarm system.
Access to all flats is essential and the system cannot go live until all flats are connected.
Please contact Rufus at the front desk or Lynette at Westbourne to arrange a convenient time for the team to attend during the week of Monday 25th November - Friday 29th November.
