New Managing Agents for OWG

Good morning everyone,

We write to advise that One Warrington Gardens Management Company Limited has appointed Westbourne Property Management to manage One Warrington Gardens with effect from 1st January 2024.

WBM is already familiar with the building and many of the residents and offers a comprehensive range of property management services. We are finalising the handover of documentation with AWH and discussing on going matters with the Directors of One Warrington Gardens Management Company Limited. We will shortly be preparing the estimated cost of services for the year ending 31 December 2024 which once agreed will be forwarded to Lessees.
I will personally manage the property assisted on the day to day management by my colleagues Lynette.    ......
We will ensure increased communication with residents with frequent newsletters and letters on pertinent matters. Could I ask Lessees to forward their email address to me (with contact number in the event of an emergency) in order to aid communication.

We will provide list of contacts to call in the event of Block Emergencies when our office is closed.  These services cover for Block Maintenance Emergencies such as Fire, Flood, Full/Part Electrical Power failure, Health & Safety issues, Unsecure Communal Doors, Communal Alarms and Lift out of service issues.

We would emphasise this is for Block Maintenance emergencies only and does not cover emergencies within each Flats demise.  If you do need to speak to Lynette or myself in the event of an emergency please call 0203 987 5053.

Lynette will be attending One Warrington Gardens on a regular basis and if you would like to meet with her or myself, please feel free to contact me on the email/telephone number below.

We look forward to managing One Warrington Gardens to match Lessees and our expectations.
