One Warrington Gardens - all leaseholders S29 notice

Dear Shareholders,
We are aware that all leaseholders recently received a  Section 29 notice, from Westminster Council. The Directors of the Management and Freehold companies would like to reassure you that we are fully on top of the situation and moving forward with the necessary steps.

We are in the process of putting together the specification for the cladding to go out to tender. As you are aware we have already been awarded government pre-tender support to assist us. The required L5 fire alarm system has been installed, all appropriate signage is in place, and a Section 20 notice has been issued for the fire door repairs.

We understand that Notices like this can be concerning, but please rest assured that whoever attended from the Council did not appear to have all of the information to hand and we are taking all the appropriate measures and working with the relevant professionals to ensure full compliance and timely resolution.

A more detailed plan of action will be shared in the coming months, once our timelines are clearer.
