OWG - exterior project and warranties

Good morning everyone,

The surveyor who will be assisting with the cladding project is finalising various elements for the funding application and is asking if there are any warranties in place.  This includes any works you may have carried out to your property and on the exterior, such as windows, boiler flues etc that may be impacted by the cladding removal and replacement.  If you can advise any elements that you believe relevant as soon as possible it would be appreciated.
