One Warrington Gardens - ALL RESIDENTS - Thursday 17th July

Good morning everyone,

I would like to advise that an engineer from the insurance team will be attending to carry out a routine annual inspection of the buildings AOV system on Thursday 17th July.  The engineer will on sire from 1:00pm-2:00pm, and completed by 2:30pm and understand that they should be finished by 2:30pm at the latest.

Please be aware that whilst checking the system they will be fully testing the functions and as a result the buildings main fire alarm will likely to be triggered.  Please do not be concerned if this does happen as is all part of the test.  If you do have any concerns or issues please do speak with Rufus as he will be based at the alarm panel in the reception area and working with engineer whist he is on site.
