Subject: One Warrington Gardens - West & Garage lifts temporarily out of service

Good evening everyone,

I would like to advise that there is a technical glitch with the emergency phone lines to the garage and West lifts.  As a result and until this is resolved please be advised that the West and Garage lifts are temporarily out of service.  It is hoped that the engineer can attend tomorrow to rectify the issue.

The East lift emergency phone line has been inspected and both are confirmed as functioning normally.
