One Warrington Gardens - East lift out of service

Good evening everyone,

I would like to advise that the East lift has been taken out of service.  Please do not use the lift.  During a routine fire alarm test the lift didn't function as expected and as a result cannot remain in service until a technician has attending and inspected the lift.

The technician will be attending tomorrow (we home in the AM) and whilst he is on site it will be necessary to run the alarm to fully test before returning to service.  The alarm will sound and if you have any queries or concerns regarding the fire alarm activation please speak with Rufus on 07752 106 984 as he will have up to date information from the lift technician.
