One Warrington Gardens - Garden treatments from 3rd March

Good afternoon everyone,



I would like to advise that the gardeners will be carrying out lawn treatment works commencing from 03 March 2026, weather permitting. The works will include fertilisation, spraying, scarification, and grass seeding.



As the treatments are dependent upon suitable weather conditions, they are unfortunately unable to provide a definitive date or time for the application.



Please exercise caution and refrain from walking on the grassed areas for several weeks following the treatment, to ensure both safety and the effectiveness of the works.



The treatments and applications now will it is hoped help prepare the garden for the warmer (and hopefully drier!) summer months.
