One Warrington Gardens - Rufus holiday and fire safety works to communal areas

Good afternoon everyone,

I would like to advise that Rufus will be on holiday for a week from Monday 27th - Friday 31st July inclusive.  Whist he is off Filipe will be holding the fort and can be contacted on the building email frontdeskowg at gmail.com<mailto:frontdeskowg at gmail.com> and mobile 07752 106 984.

In addition, the required works to the communal doors throughout the building will be commencing on Monday 20th July.  The team will be working on site for a few weeks and will also be completing fire compartmentation to riser cupboards etc in all lobbies.  They will endeavour to keep all disruption as minimal as possible whilst completing the necessary works.
