Good evening everyone,

The essential repair has unfortunately been delayed as the engineer was unavoidably delayed.  He has now arrived on site and will complete the repair as soon as possible.  The water will be turned off for a short while whilst he fixes the failed connection.  Rufus is on site and will be best placed to give live updates and I will be monitoring things and assisting further if required.

Good afternoon everyone,

I would like to advise that a leak has been identified in the booster pump room in the basement.  The plumber has attended and whilst the repair is a relatively straightforward one  - a washer has failed on the union and connection with the water supply and the booster pumps - it is essential that this is repaired as soon as possible as the water leak could increase and potentially cause major issues with the water pumps is they get wet,  and if left over the weekend water pressure issues could arise and even water outage.

The repair can fortunately be completed tomorrow afternoon but it will be necessary to switch the water supply off to the block for approximately 1 hour.  We understand this isn't ideal but given the potential issues we believe this is the most efficient and least disruptive option in this instance.

The plumber will be on site between 1:00pm - 5:00pm and during this time the water will be turned off - Rufus will be in direct contact with the plumber whilst he is on site and will be able to provide live updates.

We apologise for any inconvenient this essential repair may cause and thank you all for your cooperation.
