Dear Freeholders,



The Freehold Board, upon reviewing its current financial position, has decided to distribute a £800 dividend to each Freeholder in respect of the year ended 31st December 2025.



Flat 39 remains rented and the lease has been extended for another year early in January. We also remain in close contact with the Management Company in regards to the cladding project.



We are therefore comfortable with the proposed distribution, while keeping a liquidity buffer for any contingencies.



Please contact WBM on info at wb19.co.uk<mailto:info at wb19.co.uk> for your Dividend Voucher, the Dividend will be moved to the Management Company account and set towards your service charges, or you can opt to receive the cash by bank transfer, if you let WBM know what you prefer they will take care of it.
