<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="mso-fareast-language:EN-US">I note in particular your emails Crispin and it appears you have simply stated what is fact. As it stands Adrian (not his girlfriend) were living in the property as a result of his employment, it
was tied to his employment hence why it was a Service Occupancy and hence why when his employment comes to an end, he has to vacate the property. He was not a tenant in the normal sense of the word. The Service Occupancy agreement in place is very clear and
is also echoed in the settlement agreement.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Therefore, we are talking of a private agreement between two companies. The agreement’s terms have changed in time and are subject to constant revision.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Regarding Mr. Norin references, the managing agent or the OWGM directors cannot specify the terms of a private contract not related to his employment. For this, they need also the agreement from the Freehold company.<o:p></o:p></p>

is free to invest his time as he wishes, but for everyone else, it would be simply unfair to have to invest more time in this case after all the work done in these last months and a valid settlement signed from both parties.<o:p></o:p></p>
