That being said, they do not wish to go back and forth over old ground and believe that the attached is a compromise and still in keeping with the Settlement Agreement. They are not prepared to discuss any further changes to the landlord reference.<o:p></o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal> <o:p></o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal>Mr Norin had reasonable notice on which to find an alternative place to live. He was given additional time and money to further help his efforts with this. As it currently stands he is a deemed to be a trespasser and is also in breach of the Settlement Agreement.
