Therefore, before we continue further, I would like to set out my fees for your approval, especially as it looks like the old accountant used to only charge £360. There is too much work involved for me to be able to match his fees.</p><p class="yiv9807960904MsoNormal"> </p><p class="yiv9807960904MsoNormal">We have until the end of October (extended from September) to file the Dec 2017 accounts. The December 2017 accounts have already been prepared by the old accountant. Therefore, I suggest that we file these as they currently stand, and then file amended accounts once the final figures are ready.</p><p class="yiv9807960904MsoNormal"> </p><p class="yiv9807960904MsoNormal">My fee quote will be:</p><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li class="yiv9807960904MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0cm;">Emailing Companies House to request for an extension (no charge)</li><li class="yiv9807960904MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0cm;">Filing original accounts as they currently stand £900 (to include setup, admin and to also recreate and file small company accounts with Companies House, and recreate the full accounts with HMRC and Company Tax return CT600 with HMRC) all by the end of October 2018</li><li class="yiv9807960904MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0cm;">Filing revised accounts, a further £500 (to file amended company accounts and Corporation tax return as above, and agreeing the figures etc)</li><li class="yiv9807960904MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0cm;">Going forwards I envisage my annual fee to be around £900 pa, subject to inflationary increases</li><li class="yiv9807960904MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0cm;">If there is any additional adhoc work then I would charge additional fees on an hourly basis.
