a document. If you have another director willing to sign then I would run with that person but again if no one else is around then yes they can both sign. You would in any case record in minutes of a board meeting that the board had agreed to the transaction
and that Mr X and Mrs X are to sign the deed of surrender documentation. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
