Basically, she suggested not to mention the Caretaker/ Porter Service at all!<o:p></o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal>I called her to discuss in more detail and to let her know that we cannot not mention anything… after all it is a progress report, and the redundancy of the caretaker and the new porter service are fundamental elements of this. I explained that our main concern is to not write anything in such manner that could be used against us. At the same time, we cannot not mention it altogether! I explained, that we want to come across as transparent as possible; after all, we don't have anything to hide, and we don’t want the leaseholders thinking we are being secretive and therefore question our trustworthiness.<o:p></o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal>Nkolika will ask her colleague, Robert Haggis, to take a look and revert back to me by tomorrow morning.<o:p></o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal>Nkolika’s concern, as she mentions in her email below, is the possibility and probability that what we have written may open a string of questions from some of the leaseholders, which we will not be at liberty to disclose.
