John clearly knows the building inside out, lives locally and is happy to do this.</span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Times New Roman",serif'> </span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Times New Roman",serif'>The proposal is as follows:</span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Times New Roman",serif'>He will be available out of hours, therefore from 6pm weekdays, from 1.30pm Saturdays and on Sundays for support and anyone in the building can call him.</span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Times New Roman",serif'>He is also available during porter hours for any problem the porters cannot handle (eg: resetting the water pumps) and either porter, board member or WB19 can call him. However, he does need to come from his current employment location, therefore within the hour.</span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Times New Roman",serif'> </span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Times New Roman",serif'>He will charge a retainer fee of £120 a month. When called he will try to address the issue(s) by contacting the relevant contractor or other person that can solve the problem. We will therefore have to give him a list of all pertinent numbers.</span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Times New Roman",serif'> </span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Times New Roman",serif'>If he has to attend he will charge £45 call out fee, which covers up to one hour, and £40 per hour after.
