As you will see the total cost has decreased even further to £101,057.40<br>

The further decrease in price is thanks to Peter and I releasing that there was a discrepancy between the measurements we had taken and the surveyor’s measurements; We double-checked and took measurements again and the quote is now based on the correct and lesser square meterage than what the surveyors had previously based their calculations on. <br>
