<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify">Otis attended 1WG following a break down with the East wing lift. The Technician who attended carried out a full and detailed inspection and was pleased to report that there was a clear fault report for this
particular breakdown and advises that he has processed an urgent request for replacement parts.

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify">The Technician has shut the lift down as a precaution. Unfortunately, as the parts are being shipped from overseas it is likely that the lift will remain out of action until Monday. Otis is dealing with this
repair as a matter of some urgency and will if at all possible attend to the repairs sooner if the parts arrive earlier.<o:p></o:p></p>
