I would like to advise that contactors will be on site on <b><u>Thursday 30<sup>th</sup> April</u></b> to install the chairlift to the staircase in the East wing, in advance of the East wing lift modernisation. The works are scheduled to start at 9:30am and
will be completed the same day.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;text-align:justify">
Throughout the duration of the works the East wing staircase should not be used <b>
unless in an emergency.</b><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;text-align:justify">
The contractors will be observing all sensible and necessary precautions with regards to
<span style="color:black">Covid-19 </span>throughout the works and will if in the event of an emergency leave a safe pathway on the staircase to allow residents to evacuate the building. The staircase will be fully sanitised and cleaned on Friday 1<sup>st</sup>
May, following the completion of the works by the cleaning team.<o:p></o:p></p>
