<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;mso-fareast-language:EN-US">The cladding contract team from Clarkes will be on site carrying out more detailed investigations of the external elevations of the building
<b>from 22<sup>nd</sup> June \u2013 17<sup>th</sup> July </b>(these dates are provisional and are dependent on the weather cooperating). These investigations will also involve abseiling teams who will be working on multiple locations around all elevations of the
block throughout their duration on site. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;mso-fareast-language:EN-US"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Geist Regular";mso-fareast-language:EN-US">The team will be working on the front elevation first and whilst completing this element the contractor\u2019s equipment will remain on site - this consists
of two weight trolleys (image attached for info) and a mobile tower in the rear garden area. The mobile tower can be pushed back out of the way and the two trolleys moved in certain locations and will remain attached to abseilers ropes. As soon as the front
elevation is completed the team advise that the trolleys (weights) will be removed from site and is estimated that this should be completed within two weeks. The weather forecast is looking positive so is hoped this will not be delayed.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Geist Regular";mso-fareast-language:EN-US"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;mso-fareast-language:EN-US">Attached are the location for the abseiler trolleys and a photograph of what the trolley will look like. The fence protecting the trolleys will be
pulled back as far as possible from doors and windows at the end of the day and to minimise the disruption.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
